Chia Pudding Recipes

There are not too many variations of treats, but all are very tasty and delicate. They will appreciate even the most demanding gourmet. In this case, you will need a minimum list of ingredients.

Plum pudding

  1. Excellent for breakfast, replenishes energy reserves and nourishes the body with enzymes for the whole day. The composition includes oatmeal, which makes pudding valuable for categories of people suffering from digestive problems.
  2. You will need 5 stalked plums. Also, take chia (3 tbsp.), Honey (2 tbsp.), Water cooled moderately (0.5 l.), Oatmeal in flakes (50 g.).
  3. According to this recipe, there is no starch or flour, since the required viscosity can be obtained directly from the seeds themselves. Thanks to the mucus released during the cooking process, the dessert is considered ideal for receiving gastritis.
  4. So let's start cooking. Oatmeal slightly knead hands, then combine with water and zapekite third of the hour. Next, place it in a blender, get a homogeneous and moderately fluffy mass.
  5. Slowly pour the seed, stirring. No need to break chia blender. Send the composition in the cold for 3 hours. After the allotted time, the composition will acquire the consistency of the pudding.

Pineapple Pudding

  1. This treat is suitable for serving in the summer. According to the recipe, take pineapple and mango in the amount of 150 gr. each. You will also need chia (4 tbsp.), Water (0.1 l.), Cocoa powder (15 gr.), Dried fruit to your taste.
  2. Chia combine with water, then leave for a few hours to swell. You should see the film and the change of consistency. Chop the pineapple with mango finely, then place it in the bottom of the glasses for serving.
  3. Prepare a blender cup, enter the remaining ingredients and the swollen seed. Beat, pour the resulting mass to the exotic fruit and leave to cool until solid. Try it.

Coconut pudding

  1. To give a sweet dessert some flavor, we will introduce cherries in the composition. When combined with chia, the dessert acquires not only taste, worthy of praise, but also a lot of valuable properties.
  2. To prepare a dessert, take the products on the list: honey (2 tbsp. L.), Almond milk (120 ml.). You will also need coconut milk (120 ml.), Chia (2 tablespoons), cherries with removed bones (180 gr.). For decoration, take care of coconut chips.
  3. Now proceed to cooking. If you can not use fresh fruit, take frozen. Wash them, sand sugar or powder. Chia combine with coconut milk, leave for 5 hours.
  4. After a specified period, connect all the components on the list. Transfer the resulting mass to the tanks in which the feed will be carried out. Leave it in the cold and record for 3 hours. Decorate with coconut shavings before tasting.

There is nothing difficult in the preparation of a delicious, and most importantly, completely natural dessert. Pudding is ideal for consumption by those who adhere to the basics of healthy eating.
